BACKGROUND

In 1976, HTV produced a groundbreaking children's television drama which followed the
adventures of a scientist, Adam Brake, and his young son Matthew after they arrive in
the small village of Milbury, which is held in a strange captivity by the psychic forces
generated by the circle of giant Neolithic stones which surround it. 

A really atmospheric serial with good use of location work and some good performances
from the cast of actors. This is a show that a lot of thirtysomethings will remember with
affection and...fear!
