Actor and writer Jason Welch provided the foundation for this new short comedy monologue.  Glaswegian Angus MacKay, contemplates recent events in his life and ends up as a humourous take on inner city life.   ''Blackout!!!'' ''It's a goal!'' ''Let me tell you a story'' ''Just draw red circles'' Angus McKay is a burglar, or if you want to be exact a cat burglar. He isn't very close to his family and needs company so he has to burgle houses and knick cats so that he can talk to them in his room. He has taken on the persona of a cat which has lead him to prison as he swallowed someone's budgie. Angus talks about the hate he has for shoplifters, his family and Willie Blackout, the scarey debt collector. We actually shot the footage in Surrey (South of England) on a very warm day in June 2003 and Jason performed excellent work with a truly funny performance.
