REGINALD (REGGIE) ELLIOT (Tony Kemp)
RESIDENT

Retired Bank Manager. Was about eight or nine when he and his old schoolfriend, Cecil Smith, were fishing, with some success. There was a large explosion like a firework, after which the fish didn't bite. Reggie has only just realised that he hasn't seen Cecil since, but can't think why. He thinks the whole UFO thing is a load of baloney. He hates the damned hippies and fully supports the Friends of Ravenswood.
