INTRODUCTION
Our new psychic Alan had been contacted by a lady called Sally who was interested in him seeing what spirits had been
making their presence known at her home. This was a perfect opportunity for us to do our first investigation with Alan and
he contacted Marq to set things up. On this occasion, we did no recce and literally turned up the house not knowing what to
expect and with our usual members away, we introduced new guests Patricia and Duncan to the investigation team.

MASTER BEDROOM
Whilst we acquainted ourselves with the property, Alan decided to do a lone vigil in the master bedroom to tune in to any
spirit presence and prepare himself for the evening’s investigation. Although Alan had responses to his questions, nothing
was caught on camera, which unfortunately was switched on a few minutes later.

LIVING ROOM
With Sally joining us and the team assembled, we started the investigation proper in the living room. With an old fireplace in
the corner, Alan tried Psychometry to tap into potential spirit energy. Almost immediately, Alan picked up on an older male
spirit presence, which he described as being unkempt and untidy as though he had let himself go. Alan also felt that he was
a bit of a crotchety fellow and shuffles about the house and had suffered personal loss in his physical life. We attempted
various call out’s but had no response contrary to Alan’s earlier lone vigil. Patricia did manage to capture a couple of orb’s
by the windows.

STAIRWAY
Moving to the stairway, Alan sensed an accident from falling on the stairs, which he identified as the man’s wife. Although
he sensed she didn’t die here (rather passed at a hospital), he did sense a feeling of loneliness from the elderly man and that
he was grounded in the house, falling into loneliness at the loss of his wife. According to Alan, the lady visits to find her husband
but for some reason they cannot connect with each other. We felt cold spots around the top of the stairs but after investigation,
we realised this was due to open an open window in a nearby bedroom.

MASTER BEDROOM
We moved to the main bedroom where Alan had done his lone vigil earlier. He conducted various call outs and asked his guide
to bring any spirit closer. Alan picked up a name George Williams and as well as his wife, he sensed that a son had also died
at some time during the Second World War (possibly in action but not sure). As he called out, he felt something touch his
face, which he said he was used to. He asked for any energy to touch another team member but nothing occurred although
he sensed someone sitting next to Patricia on the bed.

SECOND BEDROOM
In the second bedroom, Alan, Sally and Marq attempted further communication. A few faint knocks were heard to prompted
questions but it’s difficult to work out what they were. The family dog Lilly started barking in the adjoining bedroom in direct
response to our asking for this to happen. Sally informed us that this was very unusual (this happened a couple of times during
the night). Patricia walked round the first floor landing and took various pictures with Duncan trying to record some EVP
(Electronic Voice Phenomena) downstairs.

SPARE ROOM
After a short time, we joined Duncan in the spare room (and our crew room). He had recorded a very interesting ENP (Electronic
Noise Phenomena) whilst we were upstairs. Playing back on headphones, it sounded very clearly and audibly a door opening
and a shuffling of feet. With everyone accounted for (and we were all sitting down at the time) and no doors shut at this point,
we were bewildered at to what this could be? With Duncan being very knowledgeable about sound, he assured us that he was
sitting quietly during the one minute of recording and heard nothing at the time.
Excited by this we attempted a Communication Circle. A candle was placed on the floor with Alan, Patricia, Marq and Sally
sitting around with Duncan monitored sound. A few flickers of the candle occurred in response to questions but this may be coincidence.

CONCLUSION
As the investigation drew to a close, we discussed the evening’s events – were former residents making their presence known
more audibly than visually? We still can’t satisfactory explain the ENP and no sound was picked up on camera upstairs at the
time of the recording.
